Demonstrating its continued dedication to environmental protection and safety, Flisvos Marina once again successfully conducted its annual marine pollution response drill for 2025.
The exercise reaffirmed the high level of operational readiness and cooperation among all involved stakeholders, highlighting the marina’s proactive approach to environmental risk management.
This annual drill is a key part of LAMDA Flisvos Marina S.A.’s broader Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and training program, designed to ensure swift and effective response to marine pollution incidents. It reflects the marina’s ongoing investment in both preparedness and prevention, key pillars of responsible marina operation.
The drill was conducted by the Flisvos Marina team, in collaboration with Technical Protection of the Environment S.A., utilizing the anti-pollution vessel AKTEA 18. Oversight of the drill was provided by Lieutenant Commander Michail Balaskas, Deputy Commander of the 1st Flisvos Port Authority – Hellenic Coast Guard.
