Flisvos Marina has been awarded the "Blue Flag" (
www.blueflag.org) since 2007, and, on August 6th 2008 been certified by Lloyd's Register Group with ISO 9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 for its quality management and environmental policy (
www.lr.org) while since April 2011 Flisvos Marina is awarded with five (5) Gold Anchors obtaining the highest rating at the
Gold Anchor Award Scheme program of the
British Marine Federation (www.tyha.co.uk/GoldAnchors.asp).

A fully equipped antipollution container is placed on the pier to address emergencies. Furthermore, a 20-meter special antipollution vessel is berthed in the marina 24/7 and a stand-by crew is available at all times (one-hour readiness)
- Oil-Pollution Drills
Oil-pollution drills are conducted yearly to ensure crew readiness and that all anti-pollution equipment and vessels are in proper condition
