Another international accreditation was attained by Flisvos Marina after relevant evaluation from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) for its "EFQM Committed to Excellence" program.

Flisvos Marina received the accreditation fully complying with the fundamental Committed to Excellence concepts. Excellence which for our company equals to focus on the client, result orientation, target consistency, process management, continuous learning, improvement and innovation, development and personnel involvement, cooperation growth and finally focus on corporate social responsibility.

Gold Anchor & Icomia

In April 2011, Flisvos Marina was awarded with five (5) gold anchors, obtaining the highest rating at the Gold Anchor Award Scheme program of the British Marine Federation, as well as with the distinction “Clean Marina” (Clean Marinas Programme) from the International Council of Marine Industry Associations (ICOMIA) after relevant evaluation.

ISO 14001:2004

 August 6th 2008, Flisvos Marina became the first marina in Greece to be certified with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004.Lloyd's Register Group awarded the certifications.  

LAMDA Flisvos Marina S.A. implements the Quality, Safety and Environmental Systems, giving them first priority, and commits itself to the fulfillment of their specifications and continuous improvement.

Blue Flag

Flisvos Marina has been awarded the exclusive "Blue Flag" eco-label since 2007. Owned and run by the independent non-profit organisation Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), the Blue Flag Programme works towards attaining sustainable development at beaches and marinas by having them meet strict criteria regarding their water quality, environmental education, information, safety, management and other services. In the past year, over 3,200 beaches and marinas in 37 countries across Europe, South Africa, Morocco, New Zealand, Canada and the Caribbean have been awarded Blue Flags.


Flisvos Marina has been a corporate member of the Hellenic Marine Environment Protection Association (HELMEPA) since November 5th 2008.

The voluntary, nonprofit organization was founded in Piraeus on June 4th 1982 by Greek seafarers and ship owners and puts into practice their personal commitment towards the protection of marine environment and safety at sea.
