 The undersigned owner or owner's representative hereby:
  • declares that all aforementioned data are true and accurate.
  • unreservedly agrees, accepts and undertakes the obligation to abide by the rules and conditions set forth in the General Regulation of Marinas as well as the Regulation for the Operation of Flisvos Marina, currently in force or as may be amended in the future.
  • declares that the yacht is covered by the insurance policy mentioned above and undertakes the obligation to keep her covered by a policy against all risks for the whole time of her mooring/berthing in the Marina, as well as to produce a copy of said policy as soon as the present application is accepted by the Marina.
  • agrees and unconditionally accepts the Price List of berthing and services of Flisvos Marina.
